Straw Circle Nails

I did this on my sisters nails, but I wasn't too sure if it would work. But it did, and I LOVED it!!!!!!

1. Paint the nails white.
2. Now pick some colors. 
3. put several drops of each on a piece of paper. 
4. take a straw and dip the end in the paint
5. put to circles all over the nails.
6. apply clear coat.
