First of all, you need to know where your clearance section for beauty products is. In my experience, it is usually facing a wall and is at the end of the beauty section. Now once you have found this section remember where it is, because you might not find anything there immediately. You see Target puts items on clearance on a week long cycle by department. From experience I know that Target puts their beauty products on clearance on Wednesdays. This doesn't mean there are no other times this stuff is on clearance it might be there for weeks or only a few days, it just depends on the price, populaty and quantity. The third rule is regarding the price. If a price ends in an 8 it will probably be marked down again. If it ends in a 4 it will most likely be the lowest price. You could wait until the price drops lower or snatch up good deals as soon as you see them, the choice is up to you.
